At Cohen Surgical Arts we make every effort to provide you with the finest surgical care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this goal, we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. Please call if you have any questions or concerns regarding your initial visit. Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement.  We currently participate with Delta, MetLife, Principal, Ameritas, Aetna PPO, Cigna PPO, UMR-DBP (Dental Benefits Provider), United Healthcare Dental, GEHA, and Guardian Dental Plans; with the exception of Medicare, we we do not participate with any medical insurance.  Our staff is happy to submit insurance claims on your behalf to any dental or medical plan, even non-participating plans.
